My

Eduardo & Katya Fernandez

Dear Friends,

My name is Eduardo Fernandez, and I’m an attraction marketing, online business, and financial strategy coach in the MLM/Network Marketing industry.  I possess a strong will and desire to help other motivated individuals create and preserve wealth regardless of the current and future economic climate.  I have been fortunate enough to have experienced the cycle of poverty and wealth.  But more importantly, I have found the elusive secret formula to creating and maintaining long-term wealth.  But first let me share a little more about myself…

The Early Years…

I was born in San Diego, California, and raised for the first 5 years of my life in Tijuana, Mexico.  My family eventually moved to Los Angeles into a 1 bedroom house until I turned 12 years old.  During those early years, I learned the meaning of hard work as I saw my parents slave away to make a living and provide for their children.  My family struggled but finally realized that just working to make money was not the answer.  My father discovered his “Why?” and that epiphany motivated our family to do great things.  My parents came up with a plan and within 3 years we moved to Diamond Bar, California, where I flourished academically.  It was during this time that my parents became paper millionaires by investing in residential and commercial real estate.  Life was good until the recession of the 1990’s.  Our construction business plummeted, we lost all our real estate equity and sold at distressed prices, we almost lost our family home, and eventually my family filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy.  It was very difficult to see and experience this emotional roller coaster with my family.  It took my family 10 years to recover and I vowed that this would never happen again.

From College to Corporate Job to Entrepreneur…

I attended Seaver College at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and received my B.S. in Business Administration.  During that time my family was still suffering from their economic collapse and I had to fend for myself.  Ramen Noodles became my food by necessity for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  By my junior year I realized that college was only good for three things: 1) a diploma to prove that you graduated, 2) connections, and 3) to mold you into a corporate employee.  The last part was what angered me the most.  I asked myself if it was worth taking out $100,000 in debt only to become a corporate employee and be in debt for life.  But I was following the path that so many before me had taken.  I was conforming to the ideals of society: Graduate from high school, go to college, and get a job.  I soon learned that the word “job” really meant “just over broke”.

After graduating from Pepperdine University, I went out looking for that good old J.O.B. that I assumed, along with thousands of other graduates, was waiting for me.  Relying on a diploma doesn’t do anyone any good.  Therefore, I resorted to my good friend number 2 and the best part of going to a prestigious school: Connections! I soon found myself leaving the City of Angels for the Windy City, Chicago, Illinois.   I flew in with a duffel bag, suit case, and pea coat in the beginning of winter.  The next day I was on the trading floors at the Chicago Board of Trade working as a floor clerk in the corn pit.  Do you remember the movie “Wall Street”?  I felt like I had stepped into that same movie with all those characters and I was told that greed was good.  During this time I read every book on the financial markets, global history, and internet I could find.  Knowledge was the key to attaining wealth and when opportunity came knocking I assured myself that I would be there.  Within 2 years I was a partner at a trading firm in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  When NASDAQ crashed and the dreams of internet companies went down the drain, I saw one of my partners lose $3 million in 3 weeks.  All of us were so emotionally attached to money that it hurt to see it disappear and thus, the opportunities that came with it.  I figured out later that it was all an illusion and only I was responsible for my feels and perception of reality.

Shortly thereafter, I became a financial advisor for UBS Paine Webber and was sent off to New Jersey for training right after 9/11.  I saw the faces of horror in Manhattan as people felt defeated much as I see today walking down the streets of Los Angeles.  I eventually left Chicago having mastered research, trend analysis, and the financial markets including derivatives, stocks, bonds, options, alternative investments, and structured finance.

Los Angeles and the Rise of a Serial Entrepreneur…

Los Angeles has always been a place where dreams and fortunes are made.  I read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” on my way to California and read that in order to succeed, you had to surround yourself with a team of knowledgeable professionals.  Taking this to heart, I approached every successful person I could find and asked them to mentor me.  Due to my tenacious efforts and proper mentorship, I was able to increase my net worth by over $1.5 million in a couple of short years.  I became a partner in several joint ventures specializing in residential and commercial real estate.  In 2005, I was flying across the United States and presenting my belief that our real estate market was going to crash.  My group and I established relationships with banking institutions to purchase their distressed assets but then the government stepped in and the banks were no longer willing to play.  I saw my net worth plummet as I invested hundreds of thousands into several business ventures poised to take advantage of distressed opportunities.  Then the economy crashed along with my dreams of acquiring tremendous wealth.  There had to be a better way!

Enlightenment…

In 2005, I met my soul mate and within 10 months we were married. This was the best decision of my life and one I will never regret. Life became clear and I was able to focus more intently on building long-term wealth for my new family. But soon economic uncertainty emerged. In 2007, I listened to numerous people that blamed the economy and banking institutions for our economic problems and that is when I saw a pattern emerge out of chaos.  Throughout history these patterns have occurred repeatedly without fail and with similar results.  However, since most people can only see according to their past experiences, they never recognize that a pattern exists.  I realized that in order to be financial free and break away from a life of slavery you had to have a complete internal and external system that creates passive income, builds long-term wealth and relationships, and redefines the meaning of money.  I turned to the internet for answers and while I was searching it dawned on me that the combination of MLM, or Network Marketing, and the Internet was the answer.  I combined my varied experience and knowledge including the principles of Attraction Marketing from industry gurus like Mike Dillard, the online business blueprint by Brian Fanale and Norbert Orlewicz utilizing MLMLeadSystemPro, financial strategy, and historical and forecasting trend analysis and applied it to the MLM industry.  I was hooked the moment I realized the opportunity that lay before me.  An Internet/Network Marketing Star was born and I never looked back.

The MLM/Network marketing industry is in transition, and only motivated and open minded individuals will prosper in the near future.  This business has changed my life and how I look at the world.  I’m now able to spend time with my wife and those I love.  No longer do I have to work a mindless corporate job, and invest hundreds of thousands of dollars into ventures with long-term payoffs and high levels of risk.  I have the ability to create my own destiny, create immediate wealth, preserve my wealth, and share the knowledge I have obtained throughout the years.

Spreading the Good Word and Creating Stars…

I am blessed to be alive, happily married, and filled with love in this wonderful world.  I find true happiness by sharing with others what I have learned and partnering with like minded individuals.  The more I focus on helping others get what they want, the more I obtain what I want.  But as with everything, there are only so many people that are willing and able to be coached.  It has been my experience that people tend to get in their own way.  If you are someone that is willing and able to be coachable, learn new skills, lose the failure mentality, and shatter the chains of slavery, call me so I can assist you in reclaiming your freedom.  In this blog, my desire is to empower you to take action, reach infinite levels of success with your company, and live a life of abundance.
